Designed for the ultimate look of luxury, the Lugano waterfall window valances use a woven grand damask fabric that is carefully trimmed with a pleated stain flange. They are lined and have 3” header with 3” rod pocket for easy setup. Window shown with three waterfall valances (each sold separately).
